Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority, Bole Branch Office, in collaboration with the Community Welfare Coordination and Health Office, announced that free medical services will be provided to city employees and various segments of the community from Pagume 4-5/2017 under the motto "Voluntary Service for a Healthy Community".
The General Manager of the Authority, Ms. Mulu Imebet Tadesse, said during the launch of the program that the construction of the Grand Renaissance Dam has been completed and ready for inauguration. She said that the authority has been carrying out extensive work by making goodwill activities a tradition from time to time and thanked the health institutions, experts and coordinators who participated in this good work.
The Manager of Bole Branch Food and Drug Authority, Ms. Aleme Bacha, on her part, The free voluntary medical service being provided is a voluntary activity that aims to strengthen voluntary work by coordinating with the Community and Voluntary Coordination and the Health Office to build a healthy citizenry.
Ms. Aleme added that the free medical service has started providing general medical, internal medicine, eye, dental, skin, liver, diabetes and blood pressure as well as consulting medical services to the city employees from each woreda.
