Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority is completing training for branch and cluster leaders as well as center directorate and group leaders on communication skills.

The manager of the authority, Dr. Melu Imebet Tadese, stated that communication skills are being worked on to increase the efficiency of the institution by creating a clear direction and vision bond between management and employees, as well as creating better teamwork.

The authority office should change the internal culture and efficiency of the institution so that sustainable institutional development can come and the communication of the management to achieve the mission and goals of the institution should grow.

The authority is also working to improve the exchange of information and procedures between employees to bring about activities that can enhance the effectiveness of leadership.
