Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority is working hard to raise awareness among professionals so that the services provided in the health institutions and professionals' certification sector are implemented in a consistent and consistent manner.

Awareness-raising activities are being carried out with the aim of addressing operational differences in the sector, ensuring a consistent certification system, improving service quality, and preventing gaps in the system.

Professional awareness training is being provided to raise awareness among professionals so that the services provided in the certification and registration of health institutions and professionals are implemented in a consistent manner, and to enable them to be held accountable for violations of the guidelines in service delivery.

The training focused on increasing the awareness of professionals on the Professional Licensing Guidelines for Health Professionals and the Qualification Certification Guidelines for Health Institutions, and it was noted that it plays a significant role in ensuring a consistent operating system across all institutions, making the licensing process transparent and accountable, improving service quality, and reducing errors and operational gaps that arise due to differences in understanding of the guidelines among professionals.
