As the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority holds its Golden Day every Monday, the employees are encouraged to start working and exchange experiences. Therefore, today's program
focused on moving the institution towards a path of change by properly fulfilling the mission given to us.
In the forum, Food and Health Supervision Expert Ato Mola Tadele gave a comprehensive explanation and explanation about the nature of change and the change of employees' behavior/mindset, referring to the concepts of various scholars.
