Health Professionals Professional Licensing Service at Mosab!!

Addis Ababa City Administration Food and Drug Authority is expanding the health professional licensing service by providing a digital government service center in “Addis Mesob” in Arada Sub-City in addition to the office.
New professional licenses, license renewals and professional upgrade services are being provided at this center.
Users can request the service by applying on the portal license.aafda.gov.et from their location; then they can use the option provided to receive the service at the office or at the “Addis Mesob” center.
According to the head of the health professional licensing team, Ato Guush Arefeayne, professionals who are issuing new licenses can access the full service on the online system without coming to the institution; However, after applying for the renewal service online, they are required to visit the institution of their choice (at the authority or at the MOSB (5th floor)) only once to restore their previous professional license that has expired.
The authority stated that it has launched this new option to reduce customer inconvenience and improve service, and indicated that it is working to expand additional services in the future.
