The leadership and staff of the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority celebrated the 20th Nationalities and Peoples’ Day with great enthusiasm under the theme of Democratic Consensus for National Unity with a question and answer competition.
In her opening speech, the Authority’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Qualifications, Ms. Tagist Bedada, recalled that we Ethiopians have lived together and respected each other for centuries.
She conveyed the message that by respecting our own identity and culture, we must also respect others, and that despite our different languages, cultures, and clothing styles, we should respect and help each other and unite to elevate our institution and our country.
Finally, the authorities' experts celebrated the occasion with great enthusiasm by holding a history question and answer competition based on the occasion.
