The Authority continued to strengthen the process of building the capacity of professionals on Golden Monday.

On Golden Monday, a training discussion was held on the implementation of the implementation plan for the implementation of the implementation plan and the cascading of the planned plans from the institution to the professionals.

The training was given by the Deputy Manager of the Administration Sector of the Authority, Ato Fiseha Abera, and he provided a documented training on the cascading processes to implement the plans planned to achieve the vision of the institution to the implementation professionals at each level, as well as the importance of the implementation plan among the plans that help the professional to become better and more competitive.

The Authority's General Manager, Ms. Muluembebet Tadesse, who attended the forum and delivered a message, said that building the capacity of experts on timely agendas will increase efficiency. She said that since the Authority is planning a coherent and comprehensive plan for the vision it will achieve in 5 years, it is appropriate to implement the plan in a proper and transparent manner at each stage, starting from the institutional plan. The Manager added that the self-empowerment plans planned by the experts, in addition to filling the gap in the experts, play a significant role in institutional building, and therefore, they should plan an effective plan that can be implemented in addition to planning for implementation.
