The Authority provided support and supervision to the Mayor's Office Supervision Team on the activities carried out in the third quarter of the operational phase.

The Supervision Team formed by the Mayor's Office in Addis Ababa City Administration provided support and supervision to the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority on the activities carried out in the third quarter of the 2018 fiscal year.
The members of the Support and Supervision Team also provided in-depth support and supervision to the activities carried out by the Authority in the third quarter of the 2018 fiscal year, focusing on service delivery, use of technology, prevention of fraud and corruption, use of media and other topics.
The support and monitoring team stated in the conclusion of the evaluation that the authority has been performing its work with focus and has been showing changes and improvements from time to time, and suggested that the strong work that has been started should be continued and that it is necessary to continue to work on issues that need to be addressed and some minor problems should be addressed by talking to the general staff and correcting them. Finally, the leaders of the authority explained that the ideas and comments given by the support and monitoring team are constructive and educational, that the support and monitoring team is motivating us to see ourselves in the services we provide, that the fight against theft and corruption has begun and will continue to be strengthened, and that further actions will be taken in a coordinated manner based on the issues presented in the feedback.
