The leadership and employees of the Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority held an extensive discussion on the manifestation of good institutional culture on today's program, as the employees exchange experiences on the Golden Day every Monday.

At the forum, Ato Mebratu Ta'me, Director of the Authority's Service Delivery Support, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, gave a detailed explanation and explanation about the nature of institutional culture, why institutional culture is important in an institution, the structure of the culture code, and creating an institution that we trust and respect.
